Meet Marisol

Marisol serves as the Quality & Training Coordinator at MarMaids, helping ensure our cleaning teams are properly trained, supported, and equipped with the information they need to maintain consistent service standards across every property.

She works closely with our Operations Coordinator to ensure property details, cleaning requirements, and special instructions are accurate and clearly communicated to our crews. Marisol also assists with training team members, answering day-to-day questions, and providing guidance whenever additional support is needed.

As part of her role, Marisol helps oversee cleaning quality, property organization, and overall presentation, ensuring each home is properly maintained and prepared according to the property’s specific standards.

By serving as a key connection between our operations team and cleaning crews, Marisol helps maintain the consistency, organization, and attention to detail that MarMaids clients expect.
