The MarMaids Story
MarMaids was founded in 2023 from firsthand experience in the short-term rental industry.
As an Airbnb investment property owner, founder Victor Enciso experienced firsthand what guests expect from a vacation rental—and how important cleanliness, consistency, and attention to detail are to the overall guest experience.
That experience became the foundation for MarMaids.
We built our approach around the unique needs of Airbnb, VRBO, and short-term rental properties, including guest-ready cleaning, same-day turnovers, reliable scheduling, and communication with owners and property managers.
As MarMaids grew, we expanded beyond vacation rentals to provide residential, commercial, move-in/move-out, deep cleaning, and post-construction services throughout Hampton Roads.
Growth also inspired us to develop our own custom MarMaids app, designed around real-world cleaning operations. Our technology helps organize schedules, crew communication, property updates, service notifications, and short-term rental turnovers.
Today, MarMaids combines firsthand vacation rental experience, professional cleaning, organized operations, and purpose-built technology to provide dependable cleaning services throughout Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Portsmouth, Suffolk, and surrounding Hampton Roads communities.

Our experience in short-term rental operations has influenced how MarMaids approaches every property we service.
