Victor Enciso is a veteran, entrepreneur, and the Founder and President of MarMaids Cleaning Service, a professional cleaning and property services company headquartered in Norfolk, Virginia.

Founded in 2023, MarMaids began with Victor’s firsthand experience as a short-term rental property investor. Under his leadership, MarMaids has grown to support a portfolio of approximately 180 properties throughout Hampton Roads, backed by a team of approximately 20 professionals and dedicated operational coordinators.

Victor has also led the development of proprietary management software designed to streamline scheduling, improve communication, provide transparent billing, and give property owners greater visibility into their operations.

Drawing on his military experience, Victor emphasizes accountability, innovation, operational efficiency, and employee development. His leadership philosophy centers on creating systems that empower employees while delivering dependable service to clients.

Today, Victor continues to focus on expanding business operations, developing innovative technology, and building sustainable companies through Poseidon Management Group.
